A few days on the island perfumes embellished a cruise,

D 1/2. Paris - Antananarivo - Nosy Be
Arrival in Tana. Flight to Nosy Be. Transfer to your hotel on the beach. First approach in Madagascar, its atmosphere, its population. Overnight at the hotel.

D 3. Cruise to Nosy Komba and Tanikely
We invite you aboard our boat for a discovery of the archipelago. First stop: Nosy Komba, the island of lemurs. Walk in the fishing village. Next stop: Nosy Tanikely reserve submarine. Snorkeling, swimming, lunch. Back to Nosy Be in the evening.

D 4. Nosy Be
Free day in Nosy Be. Several activities are available from your hotel, rent a bicycle, motorcycle, car, scuba diving with an instructor.

D 5. Nosy Be - Diego Suarez (+/- 1h of boat 230 km +/- 5h)
Morning transfer to Hell Ville, the capital of Nosy Be, then by speed boat, we go to Ankify.

Drive till Diego Suarez through cacao, cafe, ylang ylang plantation.
Arrival in Diego in the afternnon.
Night in the hotel.

D 6. Montagne d'Ambre National Park
Joffreville, ideal base for exploring this park, first established in the country.
Fauna and flora are exceptional here. We are looking for the lemurs, chameleons, birds. We discover the arocaria, the pandanus, orchids, etc ... but also landscapes with waterfalls, crater lakes. A beautiful first day of hiking alone.
Lunch picnic in the camp of Rousettes
Back at the lodge on foot for the more courageous.

D 7. La mer d'émeraude
That is - they say - one of the most beautiful bays in the world! We invite you to judge for yourself. With fishermen from the village of Ramena we embark on a little longer the bay, take the pass and leave in the Indian Ocean to address the small islands near là.Ici the sea is green and we call the Emerald. D 8. Diego Suarez - Tana - Antsirabe
Flight to Antananarivo. Your guide welcomes you at the airport. It brings them to Tuléar. Antsirabe road today for the first approach of high plateaus of Madagascar.

D 9. Antsirabe - Fianarantsoa (240 km / 5h30)
By the Highlands road, we go to Ambositra capital of the craft. In Zafimaniry country, Ambositra is the village of woodcarvers (inlay and cabinetry). It is in a Malagasy small restaurant that we take our lunch.
Continuation to Fianarantsoa. Our journey through many villages along rice fields and hills.
Installation and overnight at the hotel.

D 10. Fianarantsoa - Ranohira (290 km / 6h)
Through the vineyards of the Betsileo country we go to Ambalavao. The village of Ambalavao is one of the most beautiful in the region. We visit the factory craft paper Antemoro. The paper plant was introduced to Madagascar in the fifteenth by the Arabs and is still produced in the same process by this small shop Ambalavao. Lunch in the village.
Massif de l'Andringitra extends south, we see the peak Boby (the second summit of the country: 2 658 m) on our way to Ihosy.

D 11. Isalo National Park
Nice hike in the Isalo massif. A small bag on the shoulder we will until the natural pool for swimming in the middle of the gray rocks and pandanus. Picnic on the spot. Back to the village in the evening.

D 12. Ranohira - Ifaty (280 km / 6h)
After breakfast, we leave the region to win Isalo shore Tuléar. The region's population is Mahafaly, the tombs of this ethnic group are surprising, we stop en route for a few photos of these strange monuments.
Visit the market shell installed on the pavement on the avenue. City walks around the market.
Way to our hotel to Ifaty, one of the most beautiful lagoons in the country.

D 13. Ifaty
Free day in Ifaty. Possibility of making a foray into the inland to discover the flora of the South. The Yacht Club Hotel offers diving, boat trips, canoe rides.

D 14. Tuléar - Fort Dauphin - Berenty
Transfer to Tulear airport for a flight to Fort Dauphin in the far south of the country. Reception on arrival and route to Berenty. Visit the reserve at night. Evening at the Farm of the reserve.

D 15. Réserve de Berenty
Visit the reserve, you can see Maky and Sifakis, two varieties of lemurs in the region. Return to Fort Dauphin in the afternoon. Stops en route to admire the Nepenthes, carnivorous plants endemic to Madagascar.

D 16. Fort Dauphin - Antananarivo
Free morning in Fort Dauphin. Flight to the capital.
We welcome you to visit the craft market and a walk in the Haute Ville (if flight schedules permitting). Transfer to the city. Overnight at the hotel.

D 17. Antananarivo - Parc de Périnet (150 km +/- 3h)
Route to the National Park Périnet.
Visit the "Butterfly Farm" to Mandrake. Here we see an impressive concentration of chameleons, geckos, lizards and of course butterfly. Continue to the east. Arriving late afternoon in the village of Andasibe.
Overnight in pretty bungalows on the outskirts of the forest.

D 18. Périnet - Tamatave (200 km +/-5h)
After breakfast, accompanied by park guides, hiking in the forest to discover the site. The proximity of Tana in fact the most visited park in the country. It is in this region that we find the Indri-indri, the largest of the lemurs. His behavior as a group is exciting, your guide will introduce you to its mores. Many other species share the site, such as gray bamboo lemur (Hapalemur griseus), the avahi (Avahi laniger) etc.
The flora of this park is quite interesting. There are several varieties of medicinal plants. Then, still eastward, the road to Tamatave Ravinala.

D 19. Tamatave - Sainte Marie
Depending on flight schedules. walk to the market to buy spices (pepper, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, pepper ...). Transfer to the airport and flight to Sainte Marie. Reception at the airport by staff from the host and transfer to the hotel by the sea Night at the hotel.

D 20 & 21. Sainte Marie
Days off. Many activities are possible. This place was a place very popular with pirates. You can visit their cemetery. Rent a bicycle, motorcycle. Boat or canoe. Scuba diving.

D 22. Sainte Marie - Antananarivo
